FAQ: Quotes are provided following your fitting and are custom to change if more work is needed. 50% deposit is required at the first fitting. On average MOG/MOB alterations range from $100-$200 based on design, details, construction, and customizations. MOG/MOB dresses. Allow give 4-6 weeks before the wedding for completion if possible. PLEASE NOTE WEDDING DATE WHEN REQUESTING AN APPOINTMENT. Thanks!
Cancellation Policy
Fitting & Appointment Policy At Altr’d Thread Co., fittings are available by appointment only to ensure each client receives our full attention and a personalized experience. Please review our policy before booking: 1. Appointment Fees & Seamstress Time Our fitting fees reflect the professional time, expertise, and preparation involved in your appointment. This includes garment handling, pinning, and consultation on alterations or design options. Fees are non-refundable and are applied toward your alteration balance if you proceed with services. 2. Cancellations & No-Shows We kindly ask for at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your appointment will result in a $25 late cancellation fee. No-shows or repeated same-day cancellations will be charged the full fitting fee and may require prepayment for future bookings. 3. Late Arrivals Please arrive on time so we can make the most of your scheduled fitting. If you are more than 10 minutes late, your appointment may need to be rescheduled and a cancellation fee may apply. 4. By Appointment Only We do not accept walk-ins. All fittings must be scheduled in advance to ensure a seamstress and fitting room are available.
