At your Initial Fitting, we will provide a detailed quote for our alteration services. Please note that quotes may be adjusted if additional work is required. A 50% deposit is required. To ensure the best fit, please bring the undergarments and shoes you plan to wear with your garment. Two to three appointments are usually required, and these are included in the provided quote. You are welcome to bring up to two guests with you to the fitting.

A follow-up fitting is a second appointment scheduled after an initial fitting to ensure that any adjustments or modifications made to clothing, accessories, or equipment have achieved the desired fit and comfort. During this session, the fit specialist or tailor will review any issues from the first fitting, make additional tweaks if necessary, and confirm that everything meets the client’s expectations. It’s an opportunity to fine-tune details and ensure the final product performs or looks exactly as intended.

A pick-up appointment is scheduled after your follow-up fitting to conveniently collect the finalized items. Once the adjustments and modifications have been completed and approved, this appointment allows you to retrieve your clothing, accessories, or equipment. During the pick-up, you can inspect the final product, ensuring it meets your expectations and is ready for use. This efficient service streamlines the process, letting you quickly take possession of your customized items with confidence that they are perfectly tailored to your needs.
